Welcome to Lefim Music Studio. We are delighted to partner with you in your musical journey. The following information and policies are designed to ensure a smooth, fair, and supportive learning experience for all students and families.

Private Lesson Policies

Registration and Enrollment

♪ Students must complete registration before beginning lessons.

♪ Enrollment is confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis depending on teacher availability.

Lesson Scheduling

♪ Lessons are arranged based on student and teacher availability.

♪ Any schedule changes require at least 24 hours’ notice.

♪ Missed lessons without notice will not be refunded or rescheduled.

Absences & Make-Up

♪ Lessons 24+ hours’ notice: Full make-up credit or reschedule option.

♪ Less than 24 hours / late arrivals / no-shows: Full lesson fee will be charged, no make-up or credit.

♪ Teacher cancellations (illness, emergencies): Lefim will reschedule the class or issue a lesson credit.

All rescheduling requests should be sent by email to info@lefimusic.com.

Payments & Fees

♪ Lesson fees are due in advance, following the agreed payment plan.

♪ Invoices are sent monthly after the last lesson of the month.

♪ Late payments may incur a $10 fee, applied to the next invoice.

♪ Accepted payment methods: e-transfer or cash.

Performances and Events

♪ Lefim students are invited to participate in recitals, showcases, and studio events.

♪ Some events may require a small participation fee to cover venue and equipment costs.

♪ Participation is optional, but highly encouraged to build confidence and community.

♪ Lefim respects the privacy of all students and families.

♪ Personal information is only used for lesson administration and studio-related communication.

Student Media Release Consent

♪ Lefim may occasionally take photos, audio, or video during lessons, rehearsals, or performances for educational or promotional purposes.

♪ By enrolling, families consent to the use of these materials on Lefim’s website, social media, or brochures, unless they choose to opt out in writing.

♪ External media (e.g. local press) may attend certain events. Families will be notified in advance and can decide whether to participate.

Liability Waiver

♪ Lefim is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or loss of personal property during lessons, recitals, or studio-related events.

Policy Updates

♪ Lefim reserves the right to update or revise policies.

♪ Families will be notified of any changes, and the latest version will be available on our website.
